Cultured Marble

Cultured marble is created by blending precise amounts of pigments, polyester resin, a catalyst and fillers. Once mixed it is cast into highly polished open molds that are coated with a clear gel coat. This gel coat is formulated to achieve a durable, waterproof and non-porous surface, making it resistant to stains, resilient and much easier to maintain than the natural stone alternative.  Cultured marble is extremely versatile and is frequently used in residential and commercial locations where cost must remain low while providing an elegant surface that can stand up to years of daily use.
